We can print the finished portrait for you, and each portrait is printed in vibrant color inks on a brilliant white heavy stock and arrives flat in an envelope. Or is you prefer, we offer the option of a digital download.

  • Prints on heavy 80# brilliant white matte stock.
  • Mailed in a secure envelope.

What photo format should I use? We accept JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, and TIFF image format and with sufficient resolution and quality, that can be sent from your computer or phone. If you have questions on sending the photo, please reach out to us via email at: hello@threepinescollection.com

Photo Submission Guidelines

We can only guarantee the drawing outcome’s optimal quality when your photos meet our conditions.

  • Please add photos at the originally actual size (the higher the resolution, the better). A cropped or screenshot photo may not bring out the clearest details.
  • Photos must show face and hair features clearly and wholly.
  • Please do not submit photos where your pet is not facing the camera (unless intentional).
  • Please do not submit photos where the lighting is poor or shadows are covering the pet.

Please submit the best looking photos you have. We will determine which photo/s will work best for your pet portrait.

Turnaround Time

The 1st proof is usually ready in 3 - 5 business. The processing time till the final product might take longer if revisions are needed.

After you approve your proof, a high-quality artwork's digital file will be sent to you via email, so that you can conveniently print it yourself at any print shop nearby (CVS, Walmart, Staples, etc.).

There's NO Physical Artwork mailed to you if ordering a Digital Download.
